How to Buy and Watch

  1. Click on an event under the "Today's Events", "Upcoming Events", or "Past Events" slider.
  2. Select a pay-per-view option on the event player page and complete the purchase.
  3. To watch the recorded version, scroll down the site's homepage or on the desired channel page to find your event.
  4. If you cannot find a replay within 24 hours post-event, it's likely not available due to an issue experienced during the live broadcast.
  5. Replays may be available for 24 hours or up to 30 days after they occur depending on the event organizer. After that period, eligible events will be moved to the AO2 Live Archives.

When will the replay be available?

A: In most cases, replays will be available to watch on-demand within 15–30 minutes of the event ending. Some may take up to 24 hours if there were video or network issues during the broadcast.


What is included with my package purchase?

A: Package purchases provide access to all live broadcasts and replays of the events in the package.


What will my credit card statement show for my purchase?

A: Credit card transactions are processed by Rivur Suite Communications and will show as RIVUR LIVE on your statement.


If I'm not available to watch live, can I watch it later?

YES. With your stream or package purchases, you have access to the live event and all archived events included in your purchase. Some may be removed after 24 hours or up to 30 days.


Are MP4 downloads included with my purchase?

A: Only if specified on the event details or host channel page. To download:

  1. On the event player page, look under "Downloads" for available links.
  2. Shortcut: On your keyboard hold ALT+Left click. For Mac: Option+Left click.
  3. Or left click and in the new tab, click the kebab menu (3 dots) on the player to download.

We recommend downloading on a computer with stable internet. Phones/tablets may fail with large files on weaker connections.


Do I need a new account for AO2 Live?

A: If you have an account on any Rivur Live platform, use the same credentials for AO2 Live.

If you see "account does not exist" when logging in, please create a new account directly on AO2 Live.


I don't see my account verification email when registering?

A: Check your spam/junk folder for an email from "Rivur". Sender names may include "Rivur Live", "Rivur Suite", or "Rivur Communications".


Who do I contact with problems viewing & downloading videos?

A: Issues can occasionally happen with streaming. Visit our Viewing Tips page for solutions. If the issue persists, reply to your email receipt or use the site’s contact page.


Refunds and Exchanges

A: AO2 Live is provided "as is". We are not liable for cancellations, failures, or technical issues. All sales are final and non-refundable. Wrong event purchases may be exchanged for another event of equal value.
